This policy explains how TRAVELGO LTD (company number 15944577), trading as GlowNest ("we", "us"), collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website or buy from us. We are the data controller for your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Order and contact details: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and order history.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Website usage: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or contact form.
How we use it, and our legal basis
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
- To answer your questions and provide customer service (performance of a contract or legitimate interests).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
- To measure and improve our advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram, using cookies and pixels where you have agreed to them (consent).
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:
- our e-commerce platform (Shopify);
- payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay);
- our fulfilment partner and delivery companies, so your order can be packed and delivered;
- advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta and Google), where you have consented to cookies.
We never sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting rules. We keep marketing data until you unsubscribe, and other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
