We want you to love your GlowNest lamp. If something isn't right, this policy explains what you can do. It does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, for any reason. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we ship from more than one location.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, well protected. Selenite and Himalayan salt are fragile natural materials, so please pack them carefully.
- For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost on their way back to us.
- If you cancel and return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we will also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
Damaged or faulty items
We pack every lamp carefully, but breakages can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery, and you will not need to pay to return it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty goods apply in addition to this.
Natural variation
Every selenite and Himalayan salt lamp is cut from natural stone, so colour, shape, size and markings vary slightly from the photos. Natural variation is not a fault, but you are still welcome to return the item under our 30-day returns policy.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, or confirm a damaged item, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days and email you when it is done. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have for a refund and place a new order.
