Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery cost
- FREE tracked UK delivery on orders of £35 or more.
- Orders under £35: £4.99 tracked delivery.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). From October to December this can increase to 3–4 working days.
- Smaller parcels (up to 2kg) are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Heavier parcels (over 2kg), such as larger salt lamps, are sent by courier, usually for delivery the next working day after dispatch.
- In total, please allow around 3–7 working days from order to delivery, and up to 9 working days in the busy Black Friday and Christmas period.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation and, where available, a tracking link.
Orders with several items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will never be charged extra delivery for this.
Christmas delivery
We will show our last recommended order date for Christmas delivery on our website. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Christmas.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the item and packaging and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund it free of charge. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Problems with your delivery
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of ordering, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out.
