These terms apply to all orders placed on the GlowNest website, operated by TRAVELGO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15944577, registered office 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND ("we", "us"). Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
3. Our products
Selenite and Himalayan salt are natural materials. Each piece is unique, so colour, size, shape and markings vary slightly from our photos and descriptions. Measurements and weights are approximate.
Our lamps are decorative home products. Any information about the traditional uses of crystals or salt lamps is for general interest only. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
4. Safe use
Please follow our Lamp Care Guide and any instructions supplied with your product. Use only the supplied cable and bulb or an equivalent replacement, keep lamps away from water and moisture, and keep them out of reach of young children and pets.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Delivery Policy. The item becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.
6. Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day returns policy. Details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Faulty items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to report a problem.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather or carrier disruption. If this happens, we will contact you, and you may cancel and receive a refund.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
